Metaliving (“Metaliving”, “we”, “us”) provides embeddable property selectors, interest forms and 3D experiences for new-build real estate. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.
Data controller: Meta Living AS, org. no. 929 956 737, Inkognitogata 8, 0258 Oslo, Norway. Privacy questions or requests: hello@metaliving.ai.
For the accounts of our customers (property developers and agents who sign in to the dashboard), Metaliving is the data controller of the account data described below.
For interest and contact submissions captured through a customer’s embedded widgets, the customer (the property developer/agent) is the data controller and Metaliving acts as a data processor — we store and forward those submissions on the customer’s instructions. If you submitted an interest form on a project, please also consult that developer’s own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Metaliving, and — for lead submissions — with the systems the relevant customer has connected:
Our providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request or within a reasonable period after closure. Lead/interest data is retained according to the instructions of the customer who collected it; as processor we delete or return it on their request.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
To exercise these rights for data we control, contact hello@metaliving.ai. For data submitted through a project’s widget, contact the relevant developer (the controller); we will assist them as their processor. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard, and your browser’s local storage to remember your theme and language preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
