These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Metaliving platform, websites and APIs (the “Service”), operated by Meta Living AS, org. no. 929 956 737, Inkognitogata 8, 0258 Oslo, Norway (“Metaliving”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Metaliving provides embeddable property selectors, interest forms, configurators and 3D experiences for new-build real estate, together with a dashboard to manage projects, units and leads, and integrations with third-party sales systems.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. For leads captured through your widgets you are the data controller and Metaliving is your processor; our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Integrations with Vitec, Webmegler, Knips and similar services are provided to forward data at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for upcoming billing periods.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Metaliving. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we will delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Metaliving is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, with the courts of Oslo as the venue for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
